We offer a variety of skips in various different sizes depending on your requirements. Skips will normally be delivered next day if purchased before 12pm. For any bookings made after 5pm on a Friday that require a Monday delivery, we can’t always guarantee delivery first thing on a Monday, however, we’ll do everything we can to deliver it as soon as we possibly can that day.
Please be aware due to current demand your first choice delivery may be delayed.
Terms & Conditions of Hire
Due to the new European Directive, we are unable to take certain materials in our skips to our landfill sites. Under the Duty of Care Environmental Protection Act 1990, the Hirer is responsible for informing the driver of the contents of the skip. The items below will incur an additional charge:
The Following Items MUST NOT Be Placed In The Skips
- Aerosols of any description
- Batteries
- Containers that have contained hazardous chemicals
- Fertilizers & Pesticides or their empty containers
- Fluorescent Tubes
- Freezers
- Fridges
- Gas Bottles
- Grip-fill tubes (full or empty)
- Mattresses
- Monitors or Televisions
- Oil Drums (full or empty)
- Roofing Felt
- Tree Roots, Tree Trunks & Branches bigger than 6″ in diameter
- Tyres & Plasterboard (Unless agreed with us)
- Paint Tins
- Sofas
- Sofa beds
- Armchairs
- Kitchen and dining room chairs
- Stools and footstools
- Home office chairs
- Futons
- Bean Bags
- Floor and sofa cushions
Important Hire Information
- Skip MUST NOT be filled above the top of the skip – LEVEL LOADS ONLY! – Minimum overload charge £40 + VAT
- The Skip Hirer is responsible for lighting and cones of any skips placed on the road with a licence
- Hire is for 2 weeks only, additional weeks charged £20 per week
- If a collection is booked and we are unable to collect for whatever reason outside of our control, a waisted journey charge will be charged at £40.00+VAT
